This pick is made from an old gym member card. This one is especially good if you play a heavy guitar or bass. We don't recommend this pick for beginners you need to be able to hold a really heavy instrument! If you have a lighter instrument check out our "Palm Feather" pick which is ideal for light instruments :-)
